1. Who we are
Solenvara (“we,” “us”) is a travel-design studio. We compose complete journey proposals (“dossiers”) and, once you approve a dossier, arrange the corresponding reservations on your behalf. Bookings are made through Fora Travel, an IATA-accredited host agency; Solenvara’s founder acts as an independent travel advisor affiliated with Fora. Seller-of-travel registrations and errors & omissions coverage are held at the host-agency level.
2. What our service is — and is not
We act as an intermediary and designer. The travel services themselves — flights, accommodation, dining, experiences, transfers — are provided by third-party suppliers under their own terms and conditions, which apply to you alongside these terms. We are not the operator of any flight, hotel, or experience.
3. Dossiers, pricing, and approval
A dossier is a proposal, not a booking. Prices shown in a dossier are indicative until each reservation is confirmed by its supplier; fares and rates can change between composition and confirmation. Nothing is booked and nothing is charged until you explicitly approve a dossier. If a price changes materially before confirmation, we will tell you and seek your approval again before proceeding.
4. Fees and payment
Our design fee (where applicable) and the payment schedule for your journey are shown before you approve. Supplier payments follow supplier terms — deposits, balances, and cancellation charges are set by each supplier and passed through to you. Membership fees, where purchased, are as described on the membership page at the time of purchase.
5. Changes and cancellations
Cancellation and change terms are set by each supplier and summarized on your booking confirmations. Refundability varies by fare, rate, and season. We will always pursue the most favourable outcome available to you, but we cannot override supplier terms.
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of names and details you provide, for holding valid passports and obtaining required visas, for meeting health and entry requirements of your destinations, and for arranging appropriate travel insurance. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every journey.
7. AI-assisted composition
Dossiers are composed with the assistance of artificial intelligence, grounded in our curated library and reviewed processes. Itinerary content is a creative proposal; operational details (times, availability, inclusions) are authoritative only as stated on supplier confirmations.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with the services we directly provide is limited to the fees you paid to Solenvara for the affected journey. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or failures of third-party suppliers, nor for events beyond our reasonable control (including weather, strikes, or governmental action). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. These terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force when you approve a dossier governs that journey. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stands. Questions? Write to hello@solenvara.com.
