1. What we collect
When you use Solenvara we collect what you give us: your brief (occasion, party, travel preferences, dietary notes, budget), contact details you share, messages you send to the concierge, and feedback you leave after a journey. We also set a private profile cookie so your taste profile can follow you between visits.
2. How we use it
We use this information for one purpose: designing and arranging your journeys. Your taste profile lets us compose better dossiers over time — dietary notes reach restaurants, occasions shape proposals, past debriefs inform future design. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. AI processing
Dossiers and concierge replies are composed with the assistance of Anthropic’s Claude models. The relevant parts of your brief and profile are sent to Anthropic’s API for processing under their commercial terms; Anthropic does not train models on this API data.
4. Who else sees your data
To arrange a journey we share what is necessary with the parties who deliver it: our host agency (Fora Travel) and the suppliers of your bookings — hotels, airlines, restaurants, experience providers — receive the details required to hold your reservations (names, dates, dietary requirements where relevant). Our hosting infrastructure processes data on our behalf.
5. Cookies, analytics & advertising
Two kinds of cookies exist here. First, a first-party cookie (azv_profile, two years) connects you to your taste profile and journeys — it is essential to the service and always on. Second, only if you accept on the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, Microsoft Clarity to see where pages confuse people, and Google’s advertising features so we can show Solenvara to interested travelers elsewhere on the web (remarketing). Decline, and none of those are loaded — your journeys and profile work exactly the same. You can change your mind by clearing this site’s cookies in your browser.
6. Retention and your rights
We keep your profile and journey history so your next journey starts ahead of your last one. You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it entirely — write to hello@solenvara.com and we will act promptly.
7. Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will note it here with a new date. Questions are always welcome at hello@solenvara.com.
