What does it cost?
Your dossier shows every cost before you approve anything — the journey itself and, where applicable, a design fee. Atelier members have design fees waived on every journey. We also earn standard commissions from hotels and suppliers, which never raise your price: you pay the same rate or better than booking direct, plus privileges you can't get on your own.
What exactly do I get?
A complete, composed journey: flights in the right cabin, the right suite with privileges (upgrades, credits, VIP status through our host agency's partner programs), every table reserved, experiences with the right people, transfers timed to the minute — then a travel pack, a countdown, and a concierge thread that answers any hour.
When am I charged?
Never before approval. You review your dossier, refine it until it's right, and only when you say the word do we begin closing reservations — you'll watch each one confirm, in your name. Deposits and balances follow the schedule shown on your dossier.
Can I request changes?
Yes — refining is part of the service. Ask for a different pace, a different suite, another restaurant, and your designer recomposes the dossier. After approval, we rearrange what suppliers allow; your concierge handles it.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellation terms are set by each supplier — fares, rates, and seasons differ — and are summarized on your confirmations before you commit. We always pursue the most favourable outcome available, and we recommend travel insurance on every journey.
Who actually designs my journey?
Solenvara's founder, personally — an independent advisor affiliated with Fora Travel, an IATA-accredited host agency. One accountable person on your file, from first brief to welcome home.
How do the hotel privileges work?
Through our host agency's partner programs with the world's leading hotels, your booking carries advisor privileges — typically upgrades where available, hotel credits, breakfast, early check-in and late check-out, and VIP recognition. Same price as booking direct; more attached to your name.
Is my information private?
Yes. Your brief, preferences, and messages exist to design your journeys and for nothing else — no selling of data, no third-party advertising. The details live in our privacy policy.
